These are the technical requirements for WorkMan Mobil Extension. Parts that WMME rely upon (Windows et c) might require more of your hardware so then that would be the minimum technical requirements. Subject to change without notice...

Operating System

  • Windows 2000 Pro with service pack 4
  • Windows 2000 Server with service pack 4
  • Windows XP Pro with service pack 2
  • Windows 2003 server with latest service pack

Processor

2 GHz or higher. Intel Pentium 4 or AMD Athlon 64.

Memory

1 GB memory of RAM

Harddrives

7200 rpm IDE-drives, SATA-drives or SCSI drives

Other software/hardware

Avaya IP Office with Mobile Twinning, CTI Link Pro (third part TAPI) and TAPI Wave. You must also install the TAPI Wave drivers. Depending on number of mobilephones in your system you may require several TAPI Wave licenses.

Other recommendations

It's not recommended to put WMME on a computer that performs several other tasks. If there are other applications that use up a lot of the processor, memory et c you will experience performance problems.

WMME might run on "lesser" system but it's totally on your own risk/cost. We might deny support if your system isn't up to par with the requirements or several other applications share the same server.
