How do I get started with WorkMan Mobile Extension?

2. Add the TAPI Wave Extensions that you need

These are created by inserting TAPI:<extension> in the name field e g if you want the TAPI wave extension to be 501 you enter TAPI:501 and the extension is 501.

3. Create groups 99800 through 99814 and add the TAPI Wave Extensions in them.

Make sure that these are mapped to external numbers. You can go through the list of groups and only choose the groups that you really need.

4. Create shortcodes, the following are needed

999920,,Set Mobile Twinning Off
999912N,N,Conference Meet Me

For the main group with agents e g 200

9999910,200,Dial Extn

To call the maingroup 200

Följande är till för skyddade för att ha olika former av nummerpresentation. Nedan är hur det ser ut i vår konfiguration men jag tror att 99998 o 99999 borde ha 205 (anknytningen) efter sig också men jag kan ha fel. I nuvarande version så måste man lägga upp dessa manuellt men jag kommer att lägga till i konfigurationen så att dessa automatiskt kan genereras till en CSV-fil med shortcodes så man bara importerar konfigurationen.

5. Install the software on the server (3rd part TAPI and Wave extensions must exists on that server)
